Board Member Representation
The following table identifies the eight (8) Directors
holding seats that are up for re-election in the specified odd-numbered
year. Prior to the election, the Nomination Committee shall attempt
to identify individuals to fill each of the bolded representational
categories. However, during the election process, voting is done
on the basis of the number of seats up for election and not on the basis
of individual categories. Considered in its entirety, the table indicates
the extent to which the corresponding Board members represent the interests
of the general membership.
