Members of CHRVA have the right and the responsibility to nominate individuals to serve as their representatives on the Region’s Board of Directors. Elections for these important positions will take place at the annual General Membership meeting.  See the General Membership Meeting Notice for date, time, location, and, directions. 

     Please see Board Membership and Composition for descriptions of the various seats that comprise the CHRVA Board.  To find out which Board seats are up for re-election in 1999, please look at 1999 Available Seats .  Details of the election process can be found in Article VII of the CHRVA Bylaws.      Nominations must be in writing and must be received by the Chair of the Elections Committee by April 1, 1999. Your nomination must include the name, address, and team affiliation (if registered with a team) of the nominee. Also, include a brief personal and volleyball related background statement of the nominee, a statement of consent signed by the nominee, and your name and telephone number.
