Elections were held at the annual CHRVA General
Membership meeting on Sunday, May 6, 2001, at the Fairfax Government
Center Building, for the eight (8) Board seats available in 2001.

Since there were more candidates (10) than available
seats (8) identified by the April 1, 2001 deadline, nominations were not
accepted from the floor during the meeting.
Registered members of CHRVA in attendance
at the General Membership Meeting were asked to vote for at most eight
(8) of the ten (10) candidates for the Board of Directors. Following
a tally of the vote, the following candidates were elected to the CHRVA
Board of Directors for a 2-year term beginning 4/30/2001.
