All CHRVA members are invited to attend the General Membership Meeting
to be held from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on May 3, 2004, at
the University
of Maryland Reckord Armory. The meeting agenda will include;
-
presenting Region awards to deserving individuals,
-
announcing the CHRVA 2004 Board of Directors election results, and
-
conducting general business of the Association.

| Once again this year, the Chesapeake Region will make exclusive
use of mail-in ballots to determine which candidates will be selected
to fill the open seats on the Board of Directors. Instructions and official
ballots are included in the March 2004 Digs Newsletters that are addressed
to CHRVA members. Your votes determine the composition of the body
that will make all of this Region's decisions. We urge you to get involved
in Region operations at the most basic level by returning your completed
election ballot by the deadline. Check out the Slate
