All CHRVA members are invited to attend the General Membership Meeting,
scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2007, at
the Fairfield Inn Capital Beltway.
The meeting agenda will include;
-
announcing the CHRVA 2007 Board of Directors election results,
-
presenting Region awards to deserving individuals, and
-
conducting general business of the Association.
Come find out what exciting work is going on in the Region and talk to
your Board members.

| Once again this year, the Chesapeake Region will make exclusive
use of mail-in ballots to determine which candidates will be selected
to fill the open seats on the Board of Directors. Instructions and official
ballots are included in the April 2007 Digs Newsletters that are addressed
to CHRVA members. Your votes determine the composition of the body
that will make all of this Region's decisions. We urge you to get involved
in Region operations at the most basic level by returning your completed
