Referees Kenny Spriggs
and Amy Unger each returned home to Maryland from the Mid-west Qualifier
in Indianapolis with a Junior National rating. They were recommended
to USAV as candidates based on their demonstrated officiating proficiencies,
professional demeanor, and their contributions to the Region's officiating
