     USA Volleyball’s Coaching Accreditation Program is comprised of course curriculums created from ethical competency based topics taught by diverse, experienced Cadre at annual changing sites across the US each year.

MISSION
To enhance the quality of instruction, training and professional status of coaching at all levels of volleyball.
VALUES
Values upon which the USA CAP program is based include integrity, education, commitment and enthusiasm.
GOALS
Recruit quality people into coaching volleyball.
Resource, educate and effect the salary system for volleyball coaches.
Research the trends of the profession and critical success factors of athlete performance.
Retain quality coaches in volleyball.
Reinvest and retire volleyball coaches with proper recognition.
All for a better Return on Investment to the Athlete.
CHALLENGE
Coaches access hundreds of young people on a year to year basis. By providing easier access to a formal coaching education program the volleyball experience for the athlete will be more developmentally appropriate resulting in increased athlete skill and performance. This type of experience will create more enjoyment and greater athlete retention in volleyball.

Maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and professional competence;
Advance the welfare of those who ask for help; and,
Hold in esteem players, parents, officials, administrators, spectators, media and others with whom I come in contact.
I declare myself honestly to these principles and to the application of them to all persons with whom I associate.
