Just a reminder to all who are planning to go to Atlanta in May for Nationals that all information can be found on the CHRVA website at http://www.chrva.org/natinfo.html.  Please download the Pre-Tournament Manual, which should answer any questions you might have.  All information about reservations and transportation can be found in the manual.

This year, you will be able to register online with the TIVA entry system.  Please note that those who don’t use this system will pay an additional $100 to apply.  You will still have to print out a copy of the entry form after you register and mail it to me along with your check.  I will then initial your registration numbers and send everything on to the National office.

I have asked all Tournament Coordinators to inform all of their teams of the cut-off dates so that you will have enough time to send your information to me.  All Seniors, Masters, U-Volley, and conglomerate teams must have their information sent to me by March 15, and all clubs by April 1.

As always, I am here to answer any of your questions by phone (703-451-3082) or email (commissioner@chrva.org).  I will be at Nationals for the first session and the beginning of the second session and will be carrying everyone's registration numbers with me.  Should you have a problem, just have me paged at the registration desk.  I also will be staying at the Omni Hotel, and you may page me there as well.
