The Ten Reasons Given The Most By Team Representatives of Teams Trying to "Avoid" Working Playoff Matches
#10. My house is located at 10.141962346 degrees north latitude, the other team rep’s house is located 10.141962345 degrees north latitude. Therefore we have a greater distance to travel.
#6. Our team has reservations for a victory party at TGIF.

#4. Our jersey’s are wet from the last match and if we have to work, I am afraid the whole team will catch pneumonia.

#9. My car has a flat tire and I want to get to the Goodyear dealer in Rockville before it closes.

#3. We all came in one car and the driver has to leave now because his father says he must have the car home by 7 pm.
#8. My riding lawnmower is broken and I have to find an alternate way home.

#2. I was told our team worked for your team on 14 January 1952 - can your team return the favor?
#7. During the last match, my player-referee went blind and deaf and my scorer lost all feeling in his hands.
#5. We are always team 4 or team 2 and we never win.
AND THE #1 REASON WHY A TEAM HAS TO LEAVE:

#1. When was the work team rule passed?  Nobody ever told me. First time I have heard of it!

AND FINALLY, THE ONE QUESTION THE TEAM REPRESENTATIVE CANNOT ANSWER:

If your team had made the playoffs, would you still have to leave early?
