Just a reminder ...
As a tournament host, if you plan to reclaim
your dates from the past season for the 1998-99 season, you must let Ron
Sommer know before the following dates.
For Fellowship Tournaments:
On or before August 31, 1998.
For Regular Season Tournaments:
On or before September 30, 1998.
Each year, dates become available when prior year
hosts, for one reason or another, do not reclaim their historical dates.
The region needs new hosts to step up and conduct tournaments. Finding
a facility is the hard part. After that, hosting the event is a "Piece
of Cake". If you would like to host a tournament, give the tournament
scheduling Chair, Ron Sommer, a call at (h) 410-391-6687 or (w) 410-278-3898.
He will give you all the details and provide you with as much assistance
as possible to ensure your tournament will be a great success.
