Here are some helpful hints when preparing to attend a clinic:

1. Arrive early!  Registration is at 7:30 am.

 
2. Be prepared to pay your USAV registration and clinic fee. Your USAV registration is $35.00 for Adults and $30.00 for Juniors. There are no separate clinic fees this year. Cash and checks are accepted. Make checks payable to USVBA - CHRVA.

 
3. If you plan to attend both a morning and afternoon session, it is advisable to bring your own lunch. There may not be enough time to go out and buy lunch between sessions.

 
4. Be informed! Check out the various websites or get a rule book or other clinic materials from previous years and read over the information. You will be asked to absorb an enormous amount of information in a few short hours. The more familiar the information is to you, the easier you will be able to remember it.
