The sanction form can be found on the Juniors Website at http://www.chrvajuniors.com. Sanction forms for all tournaments must be submitted and in my hands six (6) weeks prior to each tournament. Do not submit a sanction form unless you have a secured site. Guidelines for sanctioning and hosting tournaments will be approved in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the current CHRVA Handbook.

     When requesting Historical Priority Dates, please provide the 2002-2003 date, site, age group, and number of teams that participated. Also include the upcoming 2003-2004 date, site, age group, and proposed number of teams. Once again, please submit a completed sanction form six weeks prior to the tournament for validation. When requesting a new or additional date provide site, age group, and number of teams. Again, remember to submit a completed sanction form six weeks prior to tournament.

     If you are no longer the tournament host/director for your club, please pass this information to a contact in the club. When requesting dates, send me your club name, contact, email address, and/or fax number. A tentative schedule will be presented to club directors at the start-up meeting in early November.
