Just a reminder that the 1999-2000 season is just “around the corner” and
it is time to submit your tournament dates. To reclaim your priority of
fill for tournament dates, you must submit to me a request by the dates
given below:

Fellowships: By 31 August 1999

Regular Season: By 30 September 1999

Changes to tournament dates and/or level of play (i.e., change from Men
BB to Men A, etc.) must be submitted by the dates given above. Changes
will be approved in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth
in the current CHRVA Handbook.

If you are no longer the tournament host for your team or club, please
pass this information on to the new point of contact as soon as possible.
If your team or club does not plan to host a tournament(s) during the upcoming
season, letting me know as early as possible would be a great help. Thank
You!

The annual meeting of the Tournament Scheduling Committee is scheduled
for Thursday, 23 September 1999, 7:30 PM, Volleyball House, Columbia, MD.
The meeting is open to all CHRVA members. I suggest you contact me prior
to 23 September to confirm that the date/time/location of the meeting has
not changed.

The Region is going more and more to electronic messaging means. When you
request your tournament dates for the upcoming season, please provide me
your E-mail address and FAX number if you have one or both. Thanks!
