All Tournament Directors and Head Referees will make every effort to be aware of and prevent play on any courts where water may have dropped due to a leaky window, skylight, or roof.  This policy applies to all gyms in the Region.  We are responsible for correcting any problem arising from leaking water.  Courts with water caused by such things as weather or condensation will immediately be closed for the day and will not reopen until the problem is fully addressed and corrected.  Temporary measures which entail wiping the courts with towels between plays or matches will not be allowed.  Under no circumstances will the Region knowingly jeopardize the welfare of our players.  Let's work together to provide the best possible playing experience for our members at all tournament sites.  Thank you.
