1999 Junior National Volleyball Championships
New Orleans will be the site for the 1999
USA Junior National Volleyball Championships. The site will be the Ernest
N. Morial Convention Center in downtown New Orleans and will be home to
over 700 teams competing for USA Volleyball National Championship honors.
Many college and university coaches will be
at the event to participate in the USA SCOUT recruiting
program. They can receive up-to-date information on eligible student-athletes
and get the opportunity to observe the juniors players showcase their skills
and talents.
The NIKE Girls Championships will be held
from June 30 through July 5, 1999. The Boys Championships will be held
from July 7 through July 10, 1999. The playing dates are as follows;

Nationwide tournaments and regional rankings
supplied by Junior Reps/Regional Commissioners will be used in helping
to determine pre-tournament seeding for National Qualifiers and for the
USA Junior National Championships.
In conjunction with the USA Junior Nationals,
the USA Volleyball EXPO will feature over 100 companies exhibiting their
products and services.
