ALL proposed articles submitted for Digs publication must be
sent to communications.chair@chrva.org
by the deadline date. Late submissions may not make the press deadline.
Please note that we process between 70-100 emails every publication.
Make your contributions clear!
Required Information:
Submissions must contain the following information (email is preferred):
-
author’s name and phone number;
-
title of article or section of the Digs; and,
-
name of any attachment included and its format (if applicable).
Photo Specifications:
Hard copy photos must be submitted with a self-addressed, stamped envelope
for return, OR may be submitted digitally in a grayscale .tiff or .jpg
file. Size should be 4” x 4” at 300 dpi. Web photos will not
be accepted.

Exact file name, Word file and one .jpg picture, OR, article
is typed directly into email message.
