This online version of the CHRVA Handbook is meant
to provide all CHRVA members with access to the same information that can
be found in the hardcopy version distributed to each team representative.
In addition, the online version will be updated with all Board approved
changes that occur during the season. Each change will be compiled
in a separate Handbook Changes section and will
be included within the Handbook in red.
Once the changes have been incorporated into the next hardcopy revision,
entries in the Handbook Changes section will be deleted and the red
text will be changed to black.
