The 2007 USA Volleyball National Championships
will be held in Austin, Texas from May 26 through June 2.
If your team would like to attend this year’s Nationals and need entry
booklets or additional information, please contact the CHRVA Commissioner,

or 703-451-3082). The entry fees are as follows:

Note the following additional charges:

An additional $100 processing fee is charged when not using
the On-Line Entry System.

An additional $100 fee for insurance is charged for all Non-USA
teams in the Open, U-Volley, Co-Ed Regular, Co-Ed Reverse, Master and Senior
tournaments.
For ALL 2007 teams associated with CHRVA,
the
National Office will only accept entry forms forwarded from the CHRVA Commissioner.
The CHRVA Commissioner MUST verify
all entry forms.

Please remember that the registration
materials, including checks, must be in the hands of the CHRVA Commissioner,
by the deadlines specified above.
Please see Page 30 of The
Pre-Tournament Manual for instructions on how to use the On-Line
Entry System to create and print your Official Entry Form which includes
your player and team information. In other words, use the Online
System to avoid paying an additional $100 processing fee. And, get
your paperwork and checks to the Commissioner by the established deadlines
listed above.
Send/Deliver the original completed
form to the CHRVA Commissioner who will provide a verification signature
and forward the entry form to the USA Volleyball National Office.

Please note that your team's entry is not considered
complete, and will not be processed until the following is met:

All required forms sent to the CHRVA Commissioner (see address above) by
the established deadline(s).

Proper Entry Fee must accompany entry form.

Forms verified by the CHRVA Regional Commissioner, Anne Hughes.
Failure to follow these procedures will jeopardize
or delay the acceptance of your entry application. Please make your
check payable to: USA Volleyball Championships, staple it to a copy
of your entry form and mail to the Commissioner along with all the required
forms for the tournament you are entering. On the Memo line of your check
PRINT
the team name and division.
It is crucial for every Nationals candidate
team to download and print a copy of The Pre-Tournament Manual for
the 2007 USA Volleyball Championships. The document is available
for download at http://www.usavolleyball.org/Media/Adult/07Open/CompletePTM.pdf.
The Pre-Tournament Manual contains a wealth of information regarding registration
requirements, costs, tournament format, rules, hotels, travel and much
more.
Teams should fill out and submit the 2007 Housing
Form as soon as possible. The Housing Form does not need to be
sent to the Commissioiner.
The hotel list and reservation form
can be found on the THS website (www.thsweb.com)
and may be filled out and submitted on-line (with an immediate response).
You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds
(if submitted on the THS website). Instructions for obtaining hotel
reservations via the hardcopy method can be found at http://www.usavolleyball.org/Adults/.
