Dates listed on the planning schedule are for the 2005-2006 Fellowship Season.   Hosts listed on the
Fellowship Planning Schedule have Historical Date Priority (from the 2004-2005 season) for reclaiming the associated dates.  Hosts MUST reclaim their dates (see Important Reminders below)  in order to maintain their Historical Date Priority.

Notes:

1. The host (club/team) listed next to each tournament date has Historical Date Priority for reclaiming the date shown.  Hosts MUST reclaim their dates (see Important Reminders below)  in order to maintain their Historical Date Priority.

 
2. SUPERBOWL SUNDAY is tentatively scheduled for February 5, 2006.  We will not schedule any tournaments on that date.

 
3. The clubs/teams listed for March 19, 25, and 26 are the clubs/teams that had Historical Date Priority for these dates for the 2003-2004 season.  If you remember, Palm Sunday and Easter weekend “wiped out” these dates last season.

 
4. The clubs/teams listed for April 1 and 2 are the clubs/teams that had Historical Date Priority for these dates for the 2003-2004 season.  The 2004-2005 Region Championships “wiped out” these dates last season.   These dates are tentative based on the Adult Region Championships for 2005-2006. 

 
5. Palm Sunday is April 9 and Easter is April 16, 2005.

1. You must contact me to reclaim your Fellowship dates on or before 31 August 2005 or you will lose your Historical Date Priority.  On and after 1 September 2005,  Fellowship Tournament Sanction Requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

 
2. You must contact me on or before 30 September 2005 to reclaim your Regular Season dates and/or to request any changes to last season's tournament(s), such as hosting a WAA instead of a WB, etc.  Failure to contact me and reclaim will mean you will lose your Historical Date Priority.  On and after 1 October 2005, Regular Season Sanction Requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
