| The Women's B Regional Championship Tournament took place on Sunday, 4/14/2002 at the Discovery Sports Center in Boyds, MD. A total of 2 teams competed in the tournament. The pools were set up as follows: |

The Women's B champion was determined by a best 3-of-5 match between Lady Maniacs and Got Milkshakes. Lady Maniacs defeated Got Milkshakes 25-23, 25-19, 25-15. There were no playoffs.
